Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Professional Services

Anastasia’s Eden LTD warrants that for thirty (30) days after the performance of Professional Services for customers provided under a statement of work, such Professional Services were performed in a proper and professional manner consistent with industry standards.
Otherwise, such Professional Services are provided by Anastasia’s Eden LTD “as is”.
Once requested by you, Anastasia’s Eden LTD will charge your account or credit card the amount agreed upon under the executed contract, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
If a project is delayed at the request of the client, due to the client’s internal processes, Anastasia’s Eden LTD will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, any fees or damages will stand with the client unless agreed in writing at the time or delay by the client.


Support Services

Anastasia’s Eden LTD does not offer any refund for hardware, software, maintenance and support services once agreed by the customer, annual fees which are passed an anniversary date of the EULA, Anastasia’s Eden LTD will charge your account or credit card the amount agreed upon under the executed agreement, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

Modern Slavery Statement

This statement constitutes Anastasia’s Eden LTD statement on modern slavery and human trafficking under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps the Company have taken and will continue to take to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

We believe that in conjunction with the clear policies implemented by ourselves, our customers and our suppliers we can help prevent human trafficking and slavery in our supply chain.

Our Company introduced during 2019 further reinforces our vision and values and our commitment to prevent modern slavery.

To ensure a good level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery amongst our workforce we continue to provide e-learning to our staff which includes modules dedicated to modern slavery and whistleblowing. This is supplemented by our vision, values and organisational policies which give staff assurance that all employees can raise concerns without fear of reprisals.

During the year our organisational policies continue to be reviewed and updated to ensure continuous improvement in all areas.

We continue to focus our attention on third party agencies that supply our temporary workers as we deem this to be our highest risk area. We audit a sample of these agencies to ensure compliance in order to prevent the risk of modern slavery as well as ensuring they comply with other legislative requirements such as health and safety and the right to work in the UK.

The Company itself also carries out checks on its own staff to confirm the identity of each worker and their right to work in the UK.

We continue to review our contractual terms for both customers and suppliers in order to contribute to the prevention of modern slavery.

Steps going forward

We will continue to review the effectiveness of our approach to reducing the risk of modern slavery and will continue to identify, monitor and assess any risk areas identified in our supply chain and we shall address these risks as appropriate.

We shall work to raise the awareness of the prevention of modern slavery amongst our workforce and suppliers by launching an awareness campaign targeted at the prevention of modern slavery.

Is it a problem if I don't have any tools at home?

Not at all. We will arrive fully equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to complete the job.

Can you maintain my garden following the initial tidy-up?

We can organise regular maintenance according to your preferences and requirements. We endeavour to consistently send the same gardeners to your property, as they are familiar with how you prefer things to be done.

Can you not only remove weeds but also clean my patio/driveway?

We are equipped with professional pressure washing machines, so we’ll be pleased to jet wash the area to eliminate any dirt and moss, in addition to removing the weeds.

How many gardeners do you usually send?

Typically, we send a team of two gardeners for most tasks. This ensures efficient and thorough completion of the work.

Are you a fully insured service provider?

Yes, we are.

What happens if it rains?

We monitor the weather forecast daily, ensuring our teams are equipped to work in rainy conditions. Nonetheless, should unexpected weather conditions compromise our ability to deliver top-notch service, we’re fully prepared to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

Do you require access to power?

Absolutely not. Our equipment runs on high-quality petrol and batteries. The sole exception is patio cleaning, which necessitates both water and electricity access.

Do you provide the materials?

Do I need to load the rubbish myself if you provide waste removal services?

No, you won’t have to. Our waste removal service includes a team of two rubbish removal specialists who will come to your property equipped with the appropriate vehicle and all the necessary tools. Your only task is to show them where the waste is, and they will take care of loading it.

What types of waste do you collect?

Our services encompass the collection and disposal of general household waste, including food scraps, outdated furniture, garden debris, and construction waste like bricks and plasterboard. For the safe disposal of specific items such as fridges, freezers, air conditioning units, microwaves, and televisions, an additional handling fee will apply.

What kinds of waste do you NOT collect?

We do not accept hazardous materials for waste collection. This includes chemicals, medical materials, gas bottles, and paint cans. Furthermore, we do not handle the collection and disposal of tyres and broken glass.
